TalentFlow Dashboard
Objective
To create a dashboard for recruiters and Senior HR managers to track the hiring process.
Description
The TalentFlow Dashboard provides comprehensive analytics covering the entire recruitment process, from candidate engagement and assessments to interviews and the Letter of Intent (LOI) stage, all in one view. Senior HR managers can easily observe the average time to hire and the time spent at each stage, enabling them to make informed decisions and take actions accordingly.
Analytics
Overview
Analytics gives actionable insights to evaluate candidate as well as recruiter performance. Evaluate your candidate pipeline, measure test performance, and analyze invitation data as well. You also get in-depth reports to measure candidate engagement and determine recruiter or interviewer’s effectiveness.
In-person Interviews
Overview
Developed an interview ratings form specifically for offline interviews. Upon scheduling an interview, the interviewer receives an email containing the interview details and a link to the interview rating form, which includes comprehensive information about the candidates (candidate profiles). The interviewer can provide ratings for the candidates or mark them as a no-show. These ratings are instantly reflected on the web app platform in real-time.
Microsite
Overview
Microsites are specialized landing pages designed for specific purposes. They are typically created to engage with candidates. The microsite displayed below was specifically crafted for a client's coding Hackathon.
Candidate Profile
Overview
The Candidate Profile comprises detailed information that candidates uploaded during the registration stage. This profile can be shared with interviewers to provide them with comprehensive details about the candidate.
